• We are glad to help with shipping damage or quality/condition issues!
• We can only cancel your order as long as it has not began production. We ship orders very quickly, so cancellations are not always possible.
• Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of initial placing of your order, due to our fast production. Once an order begins production, we cannot process a cancellation.
• **Please note - If we have started the design work or have sent a proof, a $20 cancellation fee will be applied when cancelling the order.
